BMW HighSpeed And Professional Nav Unit

Hi,

can someone please give me the difference between those 2 units.I am currently reseaching on ebay for upgrading my MK3 to MK4 NAv, and i don't understand why on the DVD discs they offer some are HighSpeed and others are proffesional. As far as i know the current nav i have is the Full one,not the old Business one.So which Upgrade unit should i got for,and what is the Dif on the Navigation discs.

Thanks
