I had a similar problem with the Aux Vent option disappearing and was told by one of the other members to disconnect the battery for a few seconds (20-30)or remove the fuses (battery seemed easier to me) and the option would re-appear. Well it turns out that he was right, even after recoding the nav, the Aux Vent option was missing, so I disconnected the battery for about 30 seconds, and voila!!! The Aux Vent is back!!!
As far as the other problem I have no idea???
