I have to bring up that thread again, having the same problem. Calvin, did you already fix this problem ? If yes, how ?

@Gren : I found the V22.1 Upgrade. You mentioned "base" . Is there a difference ?

Thank you very much for the helps. I have finally got my new replacement DVD Rom. I think the previous one must be faulty.
After I got the new unit, quickly install it and straight away load the V2.7 disc and it works perfectly.

did you change the drive inside the unit or the complete unit?

I changed the complete unit like the 2nd picture on the 1st page of this thread.
