I tried this version and the nav seemd to work fine but I could not find Cameras in any menu and sometimes when searching for information on destination it came up with cd/dvd error (not always sometimes it came up with information) and you could just return and carry on. I did not have a problem with the 'simple' navigation.

The Cameras should be accessible thru :
1 - Information
2 - Travel information
3 - Info on location
4 - Car
5 - AUTOVELOX

Regarding the cd/dvd error problem, try to burn a new CD/DVD at the lowest speed using a high quality support.

It's possible to add Radars for german country (and in the german menu)by following the procedure described at :

Help

Yes I totally agree the spanish site use a very poor translation of the process to effect the changes to the ENG.lsc file, and the various other changes to incorporate the speed cameras.

Can an expert amongst us please elaborate in clear Royal english ?

Thank you

Hi everyone,
I had the same problem of Sucker69 but contrary the copied dvd disk remained in the dvd drive.I had a lot of troubles to have it ejectd , even following the tips and tricks' solution 2.
The only way was to shake gently , doing this
I used Alcohol120% at the slowest speed.
The question is which kind of dvd the mk4 drive accept? dvd+R or dvd-R and if the MK4 accepts all map software or only those for e46.
Moreover I am now afraid to upgrade the os to v27.
Thanks for your help

HI,

some Mk IV dirves accept only DVD+R, others DVD-R and others both!
I take Verbatim DVDs for the backup, one car takes DVD+R and DVD-R, another car only DVD+R!
