X3 sat. Nav

Hello to all, as a new member to the site i must say i think it is first class, plenty going on and loads of info,I drive a 2005 3d X3 Sport M, after the initial dissapointment with the extra firm ride ,we are getting used to it, super on our windey roads here in the UK, the performance is great as is the MPG.
I need some help to upgrade my Mark 4 sat nav with the V271, as i do not have the knowledge to burn the required disk, can someone loan me one, or sell me one, also is it worth the upgrade, what are the differences?
Can it be reversed if not happy?
Has anyone copied the latest 2006/2 DVD? Do they work?

Thanks to all, keep up the good work,Derek
