Missing cable ?

Guys,
Hopefully someone will know the answer to this one.

I have purchased a retrofit cable (61 12 6 910 148) and before installing the front monitor, tv tuner etc I connected it up in the trunk of my X5 to ensure the monitor and tv tuner work as I purchased these from ebay. all powered up fine [see image].

The question I have is there is no white plug at the end of the retrofit cable which plugs into the tv tuner/nav system ? Is this needed ? Do I need another cable ?

Also, where are the speaker connections ? Are they located behind the current BMW Business CD in the dashboard of the car ?

Last question, will I be able to use the CD player through the TV tuner without the need of a radio tuner ?

Thanks guys.
