Haven't installed it yet, car is at the garage at the moment, but does anyone know if TMC is back in v28?

RichardP1 is on a distinguished road
TMC was never away for me in V23, 24, 25, 26, 26.x (the first one with perspective) 27, 27.1 or 28. It was however turned off when I upgraded to v26.x and I had to tun it on again.
