Traffic Information

hi, ive noticed on the NAV display that theres a Traffic Information option but it is not selectable, does anyone know how i can turn this on?

Does your tmc logo (middle bottom of screen) go green or go gray then red?

If green you need to turn TMC on, Too turn on the TMC goto the info button (top right) and select tmc and use classic fm as the TMC channel.

If red then map disc is not TMC enabled.

thanks, ive tried to enable the traffic information but its just unselectable. ive got the 2007-1 map disk and its for a mini cooper s, does the traffic information only work with BMWs?

Try tuning your radio to Classic FM. If your TMC logo on the nav map screen goes green and you can then select Traffic Info, you either have a 'single tuner' radio module or your tuner is faulty (I reckon).

You need to be on Classic FM as this is the only UK radio station that sends out TMC
