![]() Yes I'm close to seaford, Yes I've used chandlers, and they said the same to me "no, can't be done" like most dealers, they hav'nt got a clue, if its outside there normal stuff. I've seen the navtvman add(on ebay) before and he looks OK, however... £1800 for a retrofit is OK'ish (its a lot of corn), but for that I'd want the mk4 and the widescreen cd. Price brakedown. 1: monitor (16:9 or 4:3) £300-£450 (ebay) 2: radio module bm54 - £250-£300 (ebay) 3: sat nav loom - £120 (dealer) 4: sat nav-cd cage/ boot trim £? (not sure about x5) and 5: satnav computer (mk3 or mk4) - £130(mk3) - £250-£400(mk4) (ebay) 6: gps antenna -£30 (ebay) 7: map disc - (ebay or dealer) OR 5: tv module. - £120-£200 (ebay) You must have 1-4 and either (sat nav) or (tv), pref both. £1000 sould get you all the parts of ebay/dealer and there is a guy on one of the other groups who will retrofit your stuff for you, I can get his details if you like. As for the TV, its a bit of a novality(sp?) I have it and I've used it maybe twice, the only thing is, it is used as a backup screen driver (in case the sat nav computer goes down). PM me if you want any extra help, I'm happy to help. P.S, I just read your PM, I'll reply to that seperatly
