Kenwood Nav vs BMW OEM

I have a '03 X5 4.4i with NAV a couple of aftermarket amps and subs installed. I have had problem with the aftermarket backup camera, and not very happy with the nav system. We recently turned in wief's Navigator lease, I had installed the Kenwood DDX7015 double din head unit with navigation siriur radio, ipod interface, rear camera all through the head unit. Touch screen absolutely awesome system. pulled everything out to put it back stock. We got her a Lexus, man that nav is great. Anyway I am seriously thing about installing the Kenwood system in the X5. Any reasons why I should not attempt this. Are there any X5 owners here that have had the Kenwood nav installed?
