I burned the disc, could not figure what everyone ment when using imgburn program, they said select mode 2 / form 1. I could not find that anywhere, so I burned it 1X speed, put it in the X5 and it has sat now for 10 minutes saying software is loading and nothing has happened. Now I cannot eject the cd either, HELP!!

The image you are burning should be mode2/form1 to start with. There is no way you are going to change that with ImgBurn or any other burning soft.

Anyway, being that you have a Mk-4 you do not need concern yourself with the mode2 issue. That only applies to Mk-3s.

When burning, use ImgBurn, select write mode, activate the verify option, select minimum speed, select the image file to burn and let the system perform the verify pass after burning. If verification is not 100% OK re-burn. Use re-writable CD if you wish (only for Mk-4).

Good luck.

Thanks, finally got it out, turned out I burned 2 files including the txt file on the cd. Went back, used 120% alcohol and burned only the proper one and it worked like a charm! I appreciate the help.
