Please help me to remove 4:3 boardmonitor

Please help I purchased 16:9 boardmonitor and was trying to replace my old 4:3 with no luck. I took the felt out and unscred 2 phillips screws ot the top left and right side,
turn a little screw under rotary button 45 degree clockwise and no luck. It seems that something holding it in a middle. Did I missed something?

Any help will be apriciated.
