SA555 retrofit =) Help needed !

Hi !
Just came back from BMW where I've ordered a High IKE to retrofit the SA555 option for my complete NAV/TV... retrofit. They have coded it but where it is plug via the retrofit cable, I lost everything from the Ibus : radio, video, the display is no more functionning ! When they put the old in place, everything works again ??? I think it may be a Ibus problem (collision ?). They told me they must search from the complete wiring loom and it may long for days !! So I've picked the car up and I will try to find as I'm the one who as reinstall the wiring loom (bought at BMW of course) Does anyone as reported a wiring problem with the retrofit IKE kit ??

Any help will be -very- appriciate !!

++
Olivier

Some news about my story :
Just picked up the car and it seems that they never arrived to code the new IKE, because there is a problem with the Light modul on the left (not the LCM) So maybe that's because it wasn't any audio/video, the ibus was stuck ?
On the retrofit manual for high IKE, there is no need to change any modul more ???
I don"t think they really know wat there're doing...

Sure. A few months ago.

Did you cut the ibus / kbus bridge in the white connector ("jointconnector") behind the glove box?

edit:

ok, here we go. I don't know, which solution is the correct for you, but one of them you have to do:

1.) As i wrote above. Disconnect the bridge (2) between the ibus box x939 (cablecolor: white/yellow/gray) and kbus box x10116 (cablecolor: white/red/gray) box.

- or -

2.) Search for the ibus box (x939) and disconnect ALL of the ibus cables (color above) from the box. Leave the kbus cables in the box. Take a new connector (c) and connect all of the old ibus cables together with the one from the harness (A7) on the new connector.

In both cases you just split the ibus from the kbus. Hope this helps.

Thanks A LOT !! For sure it as helped me, I didn't know I have to separate the Ibus from the Kbus ; I don't have used the small joint connector, because I saught it was useless as I have connectors free left !!

Vielen danke Facelift und freundlichen grussen aus Frankreich !
