So you used the file posted on the first page....
I suppose that you folowed directions all the way, and the links are correct, and files placed in right catalouges. If all that is OK then when you go into the poi menu and do a search for cameras, some of them should pop up on the search menu, then just exit.
The reason you are doing this is becouse the car wil show the icon for last searched poi, whitch in this case would be the speedcameras.
Please note that the files posted are free and may not be complete, so if you cant se camera in your area, it just might be that the database posted is not that good.

Last year I spend ages trying to modify my 2007-2 high disc the manual way and eventually after many failures I succeeded! This year I just cant be bothered!

Ash - my advice to you is to do as I have just done this week - pay less than £25 for the very excellent pimp-my-nav program modify the disc with as many of the free downloadable POI's from pocketgpsworld as you like and if necessary pay a couple of quid for their latest speed camera database. Save the amended file and burn just the ONE disc and revel in your achievements in just an hour or so

I am in no way connected with the talented creator of pimp-my-nav but credit where due it really makes the job easy. Now based on your previous posts my guess is you haven't forked out 200 quid for a map disc so maybe you can put you hand in your pockets for this one!

I'm not a great one for spending cash if I can do it myself and this is not the first time I considered the program - I only wished I hadn't been such a tight ar$e last year

Andy.

Yep, I was only one of the beta tester and I realy like the program. Unfortunaly it's not just as populair as the Navcoder Program from Yochem.

But it is available from http://www.pimp-my-nav.com

Range Rover

Hi Ajay

Just out of intrest are you running V31 on yur Range Rover. I have a modified V27.1 and wondering if it is worth the risk of upgrading and all the work re doing the logo etc, i would be very intrested in your veiws, i do have accsses to the 2008-2 map, but i understand this will not run on the system without the upgrade.

Regards

Sknube1

Hi there - did you have to buy UltraISO in addition to this software for your DVD navigation or did it work ok ? I've just paid for it.......and now noticed tha I might need to buy something else also....which is rather annoying. I've downloaded another of its pre-requisites - the Imageburner - (free).......shame he/she doesnt bundle the whole thing together in one app.......so you know there's nothing more to pay for......
Chris
