Hampstead is on a distinguished road
COMDLG32.ocx does not exist so I changed it to MSCOMM32.OCX which exists in the directory.

I then get the following error:

The module mscomm32.ocx was loaded but the call to DllRegister failed with error code 0x8002801 c.
