Splash screen could not be separately from the SW, means you have two SW disks - v31 and with modified splash screen! You should find out what is the version of SW with modified splash..... |

Hi,
Want to make sure I have downloaded the v31 zip file, unzipped it and burnt a CD correctly before I try running the update. The CD shows 3 files:
Is this correct? Regards, Marcus |

yes, but note that you don't just directly burn these files to a disk. Those are image and control files and are used by burning software to make a duplicate of the original disk.

V31 loaded, but no street names on Perspective view
Hi folks,
First of all, thank you so very much for such awesome info on our NAV systems, y'all have been huge wealth of information and for that i'm very appreciative. I have a small issue. My setup is follows: 2006 M3 with MKIV Factory NAV. Car came with ver 4-1/60. I upgraded to V31 (4-1/00). I'm able to get into perspective view, but when i do, i have no street names showing up. Do I need a new map disc for this info, or should i have done an incremental upgrade to v31 from V26? Would love to get some input from you folks on this. Thanks! Jake |

Any ideas what an April 2006 (registered) X5 will have SatNav wise ? I'm presuming its one of the last ones so should have the latest version of software ? Cheers Chris |
