v17 oder cd key

hi people i tried to update our mk3 navi in bmw 530 and after the 1st update which was with v29 in menu navigation was disappeared, after it i tried with 28 and now it wants v17 or cd key can someone help me please?`

yes

ive tried but nothing what came was just v18 and image file and as i wanted to burn it it was empty...

thanks but i ve tried this one its corrupted neither nero nore Magiciso doesnt recognize this file.. if i burn it with nero it burns but after it i get aan empty cd----

The original file was a CloneCD version. Note that once burned the disk is not readable by Windows. But the nav system knows what to do with it.

ive tried it but navi ejects it everytime i put it in... no chance ive tried 10 times but nothin

Can it be the media that you are using ?
Many users report on CD-R media that is cousing various issues with software loading

i dont know

i dont know i burn it successfuly... on cd-rom what can i do else? i wanted to update with 23 26 28 each time it says your system is up to date and wante me to inster cd.key or v17 cd

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am in the same position on a 2001 740iL with mk3 and v16 software. Tried to update to v26 and it asks for a v17 or cdkey and I've tried burning both form links found on this forum. Both are not being accepted. Any ideas?
