Welcome to the forum.
If you have the same radio that is in the pics (and I mean the exact radio) with the blue and white plugs, then yes I think so (but thats not 100% sure). You will need to change the nav computer, or use jochens navcoder to recode it from mono to colour. Also you will need a radio unit, either a bm24 or a bm54. You may need som extra loom to add the radio unit, not sure. HTH

ccfj1 is mostly correct.
You can keep the same nav computer - but you must re-program it into colour mode. You must fit a new On-Board-Monitor (display) and Radio Module (radio) with associated mounting brackets. Your heater controls need to be relocated to the space below where they are. A new trim piece is required. You must fit a retrofit wiring loom (easiest) or make your own wiring loom (hardest) to carry the video signals from nav to display, to connect audio signals from tape or CD to radio, to extend the speaker/audio cables from the current headunit location to the radio module (boot), and to extend/change the antenna cable from headunit to radio module, and to extend the CD changer cable. The retrofit-loom is by far the easiest to use. |

Get it here: http://www.bimmerboard.com/members/k...l/NavCoder.zip Download it, try it on your PC, and then if you like it get the interface (buy or build), pay for NavCoder, and program your car as you wish. |

Hi,
There are 2 models of that Radio Navigation. One with blue and white monitor plugs (fits on 16:9) and one with the big black radio plug (doesn't fit on 16:9). If you have the big black radio plug you need to fit a retrofit cable to the back of the car. If you have the blue/white monitor plugs, you already have a radiomodule in the back (bm24), you can only fit a 16:9 screen with casette or you must change it for a bm54 (you need a special cable from round pins to flat pins). With NavCoder you can change your output mode from MONO to COLOUR. (you need to register, but it's worth it!!!! really!) BertusE46
