If you can not find Gif Extractor You can use Navtweak for this easily to do the same..... It's free and could be found easily on this forum

i tried to use it but it doesnot open the file
and it said u need iconv.dll
files missing

Nope, just one library should be installed.....

Once I had the same problem (some files was missing)..... but I do not remember what I've done to solve it..... Try to uninstall and install again libraries.....
