I bought the new Europe 2009 High DVD for my E46. I want to make a copy of them for me and use the copy in the car, because 3 years before, the original was stolen out of my car. Is this DVD copy protected? Which is the best program for windows to make a copy of it?

I think there isn't any protection, so NERO should be enough for a copy.
ANYDVD should be even bettter...

yes, you have to download all parts and open one of them with winrar. the image file will appear automatically and you just have to unpack this one and burn it.

Thank you. Two last questions. Which type of DVD do I need? DVD-R DL or DVD+R DL? Which manufacturer? ricoh, verbatime, ...?

Verbatim DVD+R DL works for me but you need to burn at a very slow speed 1x or 2.4x, no more! Oh and Pimp my Nav works great on a 2009-1 disc to add my custom POI's.

Cheers,
Andy.

Hi Folks,

I just got my 08 X5 E70 which came with 2008-1 professional, I tried the 2009-1 iso with a Verbatim DVD+R DL and also an Aone DVD+R DL but the nav drive cannot read them, it just whirs and says insert nav disc. I wrote the discs at 2.4x, is it the wrong nav iso or a disc problem?

TIA
paqs
