download v32 in the sticky topics on the top of this forun - 3-1/63 is in there....

But I'm not sure regarding Mode in which this version was created don't forget to checked it (should be Mode2 for MK3 otherwise you'll kill your navi)

Ver. 22 is the highest for MKIII, they are all the same after that. It IS 3-1/63.
