NAV system software upgrade...HELP!

Hi guys,

I have just upgraded the system software on my Mk.3 sat nav system to V24, it's now asking to insert a V17 disc or the KeyCD.

Can anyone help with a location of either of these items and details on how to proceed? Please! At the moment I just have a display asking for these...brilliant!

I have tried downloading the KeyCD at:

http://bmwnavigation.com/software/Na...tware_Updates/

But this doesn't seem to work. Maybe it's me! I am simply transfering the contents of the KeyCD folder to a CDR using Nero. Should I be doing anything with these files first? From memory there are two img files and a ccd file.

Am sure that there a many knowlegable people accessing the board who can fix my problems in an instant...please don't be shy!

My email is: [email protected]

Many many thanks
Mark

all working again!

Very relieved that my NAV system is up and running properly again, now with updated v24 system software.

My error was (as I thought) with the way I copied the KEY CD software to a CDR. I used CloneCD and expanded the image.ccd file, all worked perfectly. What a huge relief.

Cheers
Mark
