Use you eyes and google.

Read the chip part numbers and google them to see what they are.

k4e641612d = "4M x 16bit CMOS Dynamic RAM with Extended Data Out Data Sheet"

-I was able to identify majority of components from the mk3 mother board,the problem is majority of sellers don,t sell parts for hobbyst,they want at least $200 worth of invoice, if you want electronic components,which is not good. Well,this is the way it is,but Praise Lord Jesus that I fix my other mk3 mother board,so I still got something to look at. God Bless all of you ,with good intention.
