Sounds like you should be good to go now.

If you continue to have some DVD errors, I would suggest copying it to a blank DVD. PM me if you need to do that and I'll give you some recommendations.

You have an E70 X5 with I-drive and CCC and therefore cannot upgrade the nav operating system even if you wanted to. Dealer can only do it.
