NAV unit time resets??

First, hats off to the GREAT information on the BMW NAV systems.
I do have an odd issue though. I upgraded my 2003 M3 NAVI software using the resources found here. Everything went very well and smooth. However the time will change automatically to GMT -1. IOW if the clock is manually set to 7pm it will change automatically to noon or something like that. If I set it back and leave the system on it will be fine.. stopping and restarting the car will result in a reset usually within 15 minutes or so. I have an Autologic at my shop but the NAVI is set the U.S. It's weird since the GPS should KNOW where it is.
