X5 Nav DVD in 750Li

Hey Guys,

how is it going? I looked around for some threads on how to edit Navigation DVD data but couldn't find the right one. Maybe this has been answered before and you can guide me to the right thread.

I have a e66 750Li and my Navi DVD is from 2005. I bought a 2008 Navi DVD from an X5 which i thought would work, but it doesn't. I already updated my Navi to V.32 but when i insert the Navi DVD of the X5 into my car, it tells me to insert Navi CD or DVD (The system can't read the disk).

Is there a way to modify this DVD, so i can use it in my 750li?

Thanks a lot

No, the X5 2008 map format is completely differenct to your E66

You need to get the right map DVD.

As far as I understand you've bought map for Professional navigation, it really will not work in E66...... Try to find map for HIGH navigation (which is used for MK4)... HTH!

Yep, mine is the professional. I bought a used one. I will just sell it to someone else.

I will look for a High version then.

THanks
