You have the latest navi SW loaded into your device

The problem which you have could be because the lens of your navi device is durty or dying.... Try to check this disk in another navi unit or to put another map disk into your navi

well when we bought the car 2 years ago we got the updated disks..

so the device that reads the disk is dying you think?
