Navi runs really slow..stealership said it was updated..doubt it
what can i do to update it?

The radio is simply a RDS isssue. Turn the RDS off and that will fix your problem. Not sure what problem you are having with the nav.....explain what's running slow......Phil

putting the address in, after you press a letter it lags to put it in and then u cant scroll to the next letter for a good 1-2 seconds...

What is the version number of the nav? Look in top right corner of settings screen.

its an original disk..what should be the most updated version on the navi? when i go into settings it says 3 1/63 i think

You have the latest navi SW loaded into your device
The problem which you have could be because the lens of your navi device is durty or dying.... Try to check this disk in another navi unit or to put another map disk into your navi

If your map disk would normally work in another device and it very slow on your device - problem in your device
If your disk will work the same way in another device and with another disk your navi will work normally then the problem in the disk
