It's because the processor and memory don't have the speed to display them all and the screen resolution is not enough to render them all (they would overlap).

It does display some names BTW (mostly main roads) and places.

It's funny, it only seems to bother you guys over on your side of the pond, we over on this side don't give a rats ass, that's not meant as a criticism or anything just an observation.

No, all you need is a computer, and a cd writer.

Download the v32 alpina zip file, unzip it, open the .cue (or .ios) file with you burner software (imgburn for the pc is free) and then burn at the slowest rated speed for the blank cd.

Follow the update procedure and job done

No I don't think so, that uses the I-drive type of system and is only upgradable by the dealer AFAIK).
