Thats a lot of coin for Adding a ipod/iphone, be cheaper to buy the TV tuner and jump up lead mate and then your ebay link would be the one to buy (thats what I have).
YouTube - iPod Intravee II and Ipod video playback on a BMW e46 Nav Screen First part in the Intravee II (for ipod) and the 2nd part is ipod video to nav screen.

I don't use Ipod part of Iphone I use Pandora so that cable would be useless. I would also would have to buy a TV Tuner which USA MKIV doesen't have which would be a lot of $. Just put on Jailbreak and added mirroring of Iphone to my video out. Now I need video in on my MKIV.
