'Screen off' problem

Hallo everyone. this is a tricky problem I am facing. Last week I needed to have my car taken to the dealers as it was having problems starting. The AA man said it was the starter motor. The dealership said it was an ignition problem, they changed it and it is all well. Ever since I had the car back though, if I chose the 'screen off' option from the menu, I have no way turning the screen back on again while on the move. I need to turn the ignition off and turn it back on so I get my screen back.

Any ideas what might be causing this problem? Do you think they might have messed with wiring or something? This is very weird...

Any help more than welcomed!
