Alan Z is on a distinguished road
Hi, I'm pleased to hear you sorted out your problem, I had earlier today been in the very same fuse compartment and removed fuses below the grey relays. I believe it was the forth fuse counting from forward to rear which appears to supply the dvd/nav. However refitted after 15mins and no change, however the more I've read on the subject it appears a form of powering down is required. From what I've seen/read the fault occurrence is typically linked to power loss/flat batteries.
Although I haven't been successful as yet, I've now removed the car battery for overnight charging as well as to ensure the car is for definite powered down. I think later I will also be going down the route of a battery change despite it being just over three years old (car registered Sept 06). I'll update my post with what the outcome was?
