Mk 3 Navigation Problems

Hi Guys,

wondering if you can help! Having some difficulty with my CD Mk3 Nav drive. Its currently in an E46 M3. The drive stopped reading the disc after a while, and the screen was just on the please wait screen.

I then went to eject the disc, and it wouldnt eject. I have followed the procedure for stuck discs, however anytime i put the disc back in, it does the same thing.

Is there some way to re-set the unit, or do i need a new one?

Appreciate any help!
Cheers
Ryan

I concur, the laser is duff, personally I'd upgrade to a mk4.
