accessing the nav screen menu

for some reason i can not get to where i need to turn on 3d mapping. it's pissing me off! any ideas why im getting no disk message when i try to play cd?

with key on turn know to settings then hold menu button in? or to i go to settings click select then hold menu? either one does nothing.

press MENU to go to main nav menu
select and view the Settings
then press MENU again
NOTE: MENU is a dual-button. Try left hand side, and then right hand side of MENU button
One side works...

ok! i got to the perspective menu. turned it on. map is still the same flat map

so you enabled it in the service menu
now you turn it on the same way you select north-up, or direction of travel

thanks. all that headache and when in 3d it doesnt label streets? any idea why im getting "no disk" with my cd changer?

Its broken, I have the same problem, im switching it out with Dice Ipod soon.

you serious? its shot? car must have gotten struck by lightning or something. cd changer and nav go the same day? i upgraded the nav to mk 4. what are you replacing it with? id much rather a single cd up front. or a hook up to a ipod.
