Their website is completely off as well as they do not have any support for USA products. Further, their list of supported BMW models is completely random.
The frustrating part is a company like NavTeq just refers you to BMW North America and finding anything about navigation disks on that site is like searching for a WMD. |

While you're at it, maybe you could mention to someone about fixing all the errors on the BMW accessories website (photos of items are shown in the wrong models/contexts, items are listed as being compatible for vehicles when they are not at all compatible, etc.). Quote:
