I wonder if the complete package is part number 65.90-2 158 161, but one of the individual DVDs is part number 65.90-2 158 157. Who knows, until we can lay hands on one.

Either way, this kind of sucks. It will be OK for me, because I am on the east coast. It will be a royal pain for those near the boarder of the two DVDs. Going to a single disk is one of the major reasons why I upgraded to the single-disk MKIV. I got tired of driving across map disk regions.

Can anyone confirm this? What is thew cost difference between buying both and buying only 1 DVD?

I think that it is generally confirmed that they come in a 2-disk package now. I have not seen anything to indicate that BMW is offering the disks separately. Now, I would expect to see them split on eBay for a huge savings to us DVD buyers.

Here is a post that lists the regions.
