2010-1 UK map disk differences

Are there any major improvements in the 2010-1 UK map disk apart from road updates, say over a 2009-2 disk?

Justin

You should probably edit the title of your post to indicate that you are in the UK.

The map disk contains voices, road and POI information.

Only street maps and POIs

Also the disc has ever so slightly different padding files that stop the poison patch working.

So no nice new features? If not I'll stick with my 2009-2 maps

No nice new features in unchanged areas

In areas where new roads have been added, you have new roads displayed on the map.

To find out where they are, drive the country on all the roads using the 2009 map
Then change to 2010 map and drive the country again

I did that for the USA and Canada, not Mexico. Took a little while, but it was worth it. Now I know.
