Actually DoWnAqT wasn't entirely incorrect in the sense that in the actual Gulf they too are still making roads (on islands) on top of the ocean ... via dirt instead of tar. Hey now that I think about it maybe BP should consider making a bunch of islands and sell them to foreign vacationers at ridiculous cost in an effort to make some cash to fund the cleanup!?
