EDIT!!! PROBLEM NOT FIXED! I was too fast! ..

Unit still have a lot of trouble powering on after i-bus sleep.. also no splash screen no more... And when it hangs the dreadfull tv tuner takes over..

Ill PM autotronic about the problem.

The symptom is always that the car has been shut off for a while. (i-bus totally off) ..

and then when you sit in and wanna turn the key.. there is black screen and after a short while the tv tuner turns on! ....

I then look at the MK4 in the trunk. And can see the orange eject LED is kinda like flashing from dim to normal .. like... its in need of power or read problems. At this stage there is no red light in power. The eject button in un-responsive. Then the only thing you can do is drive and after 10 min the GPS suddenly start like nothing was wrong.

Also the BMW splash screen dont come up when opening the door. Only when turning the key sometimes!.
