If 2002/07 then it is a new generation radio (BM53 for USA, BM54 for Europe)

So you can remove the Tape deck and insert the CD player and it will work

2002 must be a BM54, but to make sure you can check it in the boot.
The numbers are on the module.

You can sell your tape screen for around 350-400 euro, so it only cost you around 150 euro
