No navigation voice

Well i just installed Navigation into my E39. It came prewired with the Front Widescreen Monitor and the TV tuner, so i purchased the 'jump up loom' so that i can have both navigation and tv installed and working. That all came today and i installed it and its all working a treat except navigation voice.

Basically the sound mutes but no voice is heard through the speakers.

I plugged the navigation unit straight into the blue cable coming from the car with no 'jump up loom' and it worked, but when i use the loom no sound comes from the unit, just the tv.

Can anybody explain how to fix this issue, and what wires i have to change etc, im pretty confused as to what i need to do, does anybody have a diagram or anything.
