Arrow [noob content] Want to upgrade my Nav

Hello everyone. I was referred to this site from M3forum and e46fanatics. Ive been looking to update the firmware on my NAV for quite some time. I would like to upgrade to the newest firmware (split screen and new graphics ?? if possible) Any and all help is deeply appreciated.

My setup.
2001 BMW M3
16:9 Monitor w/ cassette.
MKIII cd rom drive
c43 radio tuner.

So far all I can come up with is the update for "v32" software. Theres a download link for it. Do I simply save this to my computer on put it on a blank disc?

MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

My nav has never been updated (or at least I dont know of). Here are some pictures of my setup. As I mentioned above, I have very little knowledge in this area.

Menu, settings screen, read the numbers in the upper right of screen. Newest is 3-1/63. What is yours?? You may also need a key disk, depends on what Ver. you have now.
