Where do i find the AMP? E53

Hi there, sorry about all these questions but im stuck

My friend purchased a new headunit from eBay and he can't seem to find the Amp in the back of his car, its a 2003 E53 X5.

He sent me these pics, does this look like the Amp Connections?

the radio module is located in the spare tire compartment (behind the tire itself), and the amp is located in the lower left electronics bay in the rear of the vehicle.
