Swap 4:3 Nav with 16:9 Nav

I have a pre-facelift X with a 4:3 Nav Screen and wanted to update to the newer and bigger 16:9. Will this be a plug-n-play deal or will I have issues?

Cool thanks! I guess using "4:3" and "16:9" isnt the best search title

Thanks again
