Do you have a video module? It sounds like the vehicle has stopped communicating with your nav drive and is now booting up using the menu system from the video module.

Yes I have a video Module.
Do you think that it maybe bad connection cable or an electronic issue? |

it could be either one. First thing to check would be all of the connections.
When you first start the vehicle take a look at the nav drive and see if you see a flashing LED

I suspect that they disconnected the battery before the MKIII navigation computer fully shut down. That killed your nav computer, and the car's video module took over control of the display. if I am right, then you will need a new navigation computer.
