16:9 Screen Unresponsive

I finally got around to swapping out my 4:3 screen to the 16:9 unit as well as changing out my MK2 GPS for a MK4. Just my luck the new screen is not responsive at all! The radio stays on what ever station I had and the map shows up on the screen but none of the buttons work. Can't change the radio, can't do anything.

Does anyone know what's going on? Is it a bad board monitor? Any one else experience this?
