Am I the first to start talking about a refund?
Tdrag, you did an awesome job setting this up, but the supplier overpromised & underdelivered. This has turned into.... :mad: the Anti-GroupBuy :mad: Most everyone would've been much happier ordering full price from a real supplier. With no sign of progress, I say we let our cash speak for us by pulling the order.
I'd be even happier if they'd commit to something... anything... in terms of a delivery date.

I agree. Saving $10-20 is not worth it if we're going to have to wait 6 weeks for them. I give tdrag all the credit in the world, and its not his fault, but we need to either get the bulbs or the money back.

How can we get a refund????
Tdrag: are you still talking to the supplier? If so at least give me a date of when this is expected to ship out if not I will have to ask for a refund by the end of the week, sorry for any incoveniences this may cause you and I know it is not your fault. Let me (us) know what you plan, think, want to do.

Monday is always a bad day.. cuz the shop is close on monday... I dont know why:tsk: .. I have waited all weekend and had to wait again all day Monday. I will contact them again. I have spoke with the owner, and he said that they should be coming. They didn't know why it was such a delay on the shipping. I just hope that UPS try to drop it off on a Monday and the shop was close.. but again they would have try again the next day. Its too early for now for me to call the shop.. but I will get in contact with him again today.:thumbup:

And as soon as I get them.. it will be out the door the same day.. then we all can enjoy the a brighter life.

but if you do want a refund.. then by all means.. I will refund the money... I just didn't expect something like this to happen.. maybe I should have promise shipment on a later date. I know we all have been waiting for awhile now.. but if we can try to wait just another week or so.. I know they are coming in.. its just the question of WHEN..

But Shot me a PM if you want a refund.. the board sometime doesn't email when we get a new post..

UPS has tracking numbers to show progress. That'd be a great item to ask for when you speak to them today (sending PM as well).
