That really sux. Sounds like pure incompetence on the Shop's part.:thumbdown
Sure you still want to trust them with the installation??? :dunno:

When I droped it off, they couldn't find the paint code; so I went on here to ask at night. I got the paint code from informed members here and called him the next day with it. He told me he already got it; I double checked and made sure it was 482 and for some reason it's painted 381.

I was doing the install myself; it seems real easy with all the DIY articles on here.
