I bought a Bauer Vapor V. It was only $60. I tried it last night and it is great. I got a Naslund pattern blade and they make a wide range of flexes. I plan on ordering another one. I know what you mean about how expensive composite stickes are. There was a Reebok stick there for $220! I loved my Louisville TPS Response which was a pricey stick but it broke and I can't find the exact replacement. Check out Hockeygiant.com. They have a few stores including one on the East Coast. Their prices are pretty good. For example, I just got a pair of Bauer 6000 skates for $160. They often have some good prices on composite sticks.

Damn, I really wanted to see his junk too... not to mention if he was grabbing it. Totally HOT
I'll have to check out hockeygiant... I recently picked up a pair of Mission M1 pants for $50 from hockeymonkey, originally $150. Gotta love last year close outs :D Problem with buying a stick online is that I don't know enough about blade pattern, and I'm picky with height. I like a little more reach since I play defense, though someone told me to take another inch off the top of my current stick to get more power behind my slapshot.
