I 've used a Creative Live Pro.....640x480 video and 1.3mp Snaps.Quality is the best I have seen in a lot of webcams! It has Face Tracking as well ,which auto zooms on your face.Contrary to some reviews, this feature works very well.
Of course good lighting is the key to good pictures.

Thanks to the Regs&Faves for the info on
Web Cams...have done some digging, via ya'll
pointing me in right direction. Sorta like buying
a car: from "inexpensive" to mortgage time,
relatively speaking.

I am going to hold off until I'm back on the Mtn
in May; no time to get it, get hooked and running
here in the next few.

Hayaku: Good Idea!
I may do some ranting live broadcasts, in my
undies, ala' The Kid from Brooklyn, http://thekidfrombrooklyn.com/
 .

Wagner, unfortunately, that is Not me, even if I
went in for the operation, .

Thanks again, Gang.
